Welcome to Sue Cattell Wellness. I’m Sue — a holistic health practitioner, qualified personal trainer, and wellness coach. I specialise in helping people improve gut health, manage stress, and regain energy and balance in their daily lives.

I also work with women in their 40s and 50s who want to combine wellness with fitness, supporting strength, vitality, and overall wellbeing through personalised guidance, workshops, and group programmes.
